for these tasks, we were given a series of prompts and a very short time frame to complete them. we were encouraged to be loose with our markmaking, and not to focus on our drawings resembling common shapes or objects. this was a challenge for me, as i am used to producing much more refined drawings and focusing on the final outcome.
